There is no such thing as a one size fits all training. What I put on the previous pages were templates that can be adapted and merged to create something that fits what you are looking for.
The most effective trainings are ones that combine a variety of skills. Media is just one part of a wider spectrum of skills necessary for effective grassroots action.
